We serve long-term patients who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care, as well as adults requiring short-term rehabilitative services, wound management, hospice care, physical and occupational therapy, IV therapy and speech therapy. We are currently accepting several reimbursement plans, including Medicare/Medicaid, insurance, managed care, other third party payers, worker’s compensation and private pay.
