We love volunteers! In fact, caring volunteers are essential to our program. Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center provides orientation and training for volunteers to enrich their volunteer experience.
Please contact the Activity Department at (678) 420-2922 or the Development Department at (678) 420-2915 to schedule an appointment. Volunteers will complete a volunteer application and are required to have a valid driver’s license or state identification card. Volunteers who will have responsibilities involving direct contact with residents or with food served to residents on a consistent basis must take a TB test or show evidence of having been tested for TB in the last year. They must also complete an orientation session.
*At this time, Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center cannot accept volunteers for court-appointed community service.
