Organizational Structure
Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 206 bed-skilled nursing facility located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. This institution is a free-standing, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entity. We aim to administer and manage the institution in such a manner that we use our resources effectively and efficiently to assist each resident to attain or maintain his/her practicable mental, physical and psychosocial well-being through dignity and respect. We continuously seek to provide quality care. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The administrative responsibilities and operations fall under the supervision of a licensed nursing home administrator, our President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mission Statement
We aim to establish quality standards for the long term care industry and to meet the ever changing needs of the individuals entrusted to our care. We will operate an organizational structure that will enhance our employees’ participation on all levels.
